Charming accommodation, delightful terrace, featuring a lovely outdoor dining area where I enjoyed fantastic breakfasts with fresh pastries while soaking in the scenic views and perfect location just a short walk from restaurants and shops.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved the beautifully decorated room with exposed brick and high ceilings, creating such an inviting atmosphere! Every morning, the delicious breakfast was served in the outdoor garden, allowing us to soak in the lovely grounds while enjoying fresh options. Plus, Annalisa's local recommendations, providing a true taste of the area!

Annalisa and her family created a warm atmosphere that made us feel truly at home. Breakfast options were fantastic, featuring freshly made pastries. Make sure to explore the local dining scene in the nearby town—it’s a delightful stroll from the property. Highly recommend a peaceful morning in the garden!

The outdoor breakfast in the beautiful garden was a highlight, surrounded by stunning scenery and delightful aromas.

One downside was that the parking area could be a bit cramped during peak times, making it challenging to find a spot.

Loved our stay at Porta Castellana! Annalisa and her team. Just a heads up, the steep climbs could be a challenge for some. Can’t wait to return!

My stay at Porta Castellana B&B, Apartment was delightful! The spacious suite had high ceilings and charming decor. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in the garden, surrounded by beautiful views of Montalcino. Annalisa was an exceptional host, offering valuable tips for local dining and attractions.

Location was a bit challenging to find.

Staying at Porta Castellana was a highlight of my trip to Montalcino. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was outstanding, featuring freshly made pastries and a stunning view of the gardens. Annalisa was the perfect host, checking in with us regularly, offering helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions. The suite exceeded my expectations, spacious and beautifully decorated with the charming rustic touch I adore. However, finding the hotel was a challenge. The narrow streets can be intimidating, so I'd advise arriving during daylight. Additionally, while the overall cleanliness was excellent, the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, making for slightly uncomfortable nights. I appreciated the option for room service, but a little more flexibility with check-out would have been nice.

The apartment was beautifully renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking into town and the countryside. We felt like family during our stay!

The spacious room featured a lovely four-poster bed and beautiful decor, making for an inviting ambiance. Annalisa's guidance on local attractions and dining options was invaluable, enhancing our experience tremendously. The breakfast, with its fresh products, was a delightful start to the day. However, the mattress was quite firm, and the absence of a second pot for tea during breakfast was a bit disappointing. Also, the early 10 am checkout time felt a little rushed, despite a later allowance.

The setting is really charming! With 5 kids, outdoor breakfasts were a hit, and our host was fantastic at suggesting family-friendly spots. We especially loved visiting the nearby park, where even the little ones had plenty of space to play.

My wife says that a children's play area would be great.
